Classes:  Awareness Through Movement®

Bonnie uses verbal language to guide you through movement sequences as she brings your attention and thinking to various points of the action. The purpose is to discover more efficient options for action and thought.  You are lying down, sitting or standing against the wall and the focus is on HOW you do the movements more than the movement itself.  You learn to do LESS in order to understand more.
